Breakfast; 2 poached eggs, 1 piece of brown bread, black tea w/agave, 1 potato pancake w/s & p, fresh chives, olive oil
Lunch; Cappuccino and oatmeal cookie
Dinner; tuna casserole w/mushrooms, onions, cream sauce
Exercise; 3.5 miles walking
