What I ate today;
Breakfast; black tea w/agave
Lunch; 2 large crackers and 8 thin slices of Genoa salumi
Dinner; a small little pasta rigatoni w/cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh garlic, olive oil, red onion, salt & pepper, Italian chicken sausage. I had 1 1/2 sausages, salad w/lemon herb vinaigrette, black olives, cucumber, red bell peppers
Exercise; 6 miles walking
