Friday

I spent a couple of hours prepping for pizza tomorrow night, and prepping for pizza is fun for me. I'm going out for that hamburger that I've had a hankering for for so long. Tonight is the night. French fries too. I hope it doesn't do a number on my stomach.

I weighed myself this morning  after I got out of the shower, and I'm down to 210 pounds. I'm not going to weigh myself again till July 1st. At this rate I'll meet my projected goal at least 6 weeks ahead of time. I might make 190 pounds by my birthday with a little extra working out.

Make Food/Not War

What I ate today;

Breakfast; 2 poached eggs, 1 potato pancake, black coffee w/1 sugar

Lunch; nothing much of anything...just some picking

Dinner: Cheeseburger and fries w/a beer.

Exercise; 2 miles
