Fresh Basil

Today I made fusilli pasta prima vera again with Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, Italian chicken sausage, olive oil, salt, pepper, salted water, Romano cheese, fresh garlic, and finished it off with fresh basil right out of the herb garden.

Nothing beats summer, nothing.

Very busy days these days. Short and sweet.

Make Food/Not War

What I ate today;

Breakfast; 2 pieces of Acme walnut bread with butter, black coffee w/little cream and one sugar

Lunch; 1 piece of sliced turkey, cup of cottage cheese w/crush black pepper, a couple of olives

Dinner; big bowl of prima vera, kale salad w/black olive of Provence, red bell peppers, s & p,
olive oil, Champagne vinegar

Dessert; Chocolate bar with sea salt

Exercise; 5.5 miles walking
