School + Tea V.S Coffee

School is over. I showed my teacher my video project, and I'm done for this semester. I only take classes for pass/no pass. I don't care about grades.

I've been drinking coffee more often lately, and I don't like it. I haven't had any black tea in the house, and I picked some up today, and that's it for me and the coffee. It's a nice treat once in a while after a good meal but I don't like the feeling it gives me, so no more.

Coffee is a very powerful food indeed and after gasoline it is the second most consumed product in the world. I would image tea is number three.

I continue to take the garcinia cambogia, but I don't fee any significant difference in weight loss or hunger levels. I still have food urges and I have to use the power of my will to overcome those. I will continue to take this product for the two months that I said I would and then we'll see.

My next weigh in is 5 weeks away when I hope to be close to 200 pounds. Till then I have a lot of work to do on curbing my unhealthy relationship with food. The beast is always at the door, always.

What I Ate Today;

Breakfast; 1 piece of brown bread, 2 poached eggs w/s, p, and fresh chives, black coffee w/1 sugar,
                 1 potato pancake, 1 banana

Lunch; 1 piece of Italian chicken sausage, water melon, 3 pieces of salumi

Dinner: Penne pasta w/Italian sausage, basil, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, Romano cheese, and mint

Exercise; 5 miles walking
