What I ate today;
Breakfast; 1 piece of toast w/butter, 2 poached eggs, 1 potato pancake, black tea w/agave
Lunch; Kale salad w/cottage cheese, olives, red bell pepper, cucumber, green beans, s & p, olive oil,
fresh lemon
Dinner; Turkey sandwich w/mustard and lettuce
Exercise; 3 miles walking
