Today is a fasting day, but I was hungry this morning even though I had that big bowl of pasta prima vera last night. I say if you're "starving" then eat something, something healthy, and that's exactly what I did this morning. I had a banana and yogurt, and then went for another walk.
I have to keep active if I'm going to make it through the change, and that is exactly what I intend to do.
The walk takes my mind off all sorts of crap, and replaces that crap with some new crap that I made up on the walk.

Breakfast; black coffee w/ little cream, 1 sugar, yogurt, 1 banana
Lunch; nothing
Dinner; small salad of kale w/black olives of Provence, red bell peppers, & leftover pasta w/Italian chicken sausage
2 Fat Tires...that's beer
Alice is stil around, always.
Walking; 6 miles
