Fasting this time is not easy. I've done three day fasts before, and this is the toughest one. I've decided that the 3 days is enough. I'm not going for the 3.5 days. I had quite a few hunger pangs, and a headache yesterday. I feel pretty good now. After the 3rd day it's usually no big deal. I went on an 8 day fast once once.
I'm pretty sure I flushed out plenty of toxins because I've been pissing like a race horse. Fluids in, fluids out. I actually feel pretty good now. My energy level is the highest it's been since I started Sunday evening.
So, tomorrow I eat whole food. I'm going eat something bland, brown rice, ground turkey and a nice big salad for dinner.
