Today was a much better than yesterday. My stomach has calmed down considerably.
I ate a big breakfast of poached eggs, potato pancake, and ham and I felt tired and weighted down. The thing about a big breakfast, especially one with protein, is that I'm not hungry all day. I walked it right away with three dog walks, different clients, and I was good for the day. I need more veggies, and tonight I'm making a kale salad with all the fixings.
All is quiet on the western front.

Breakfast; 2 poached eggs, potato pancake, 2 slices of ham, black tea
Lunch; nothing
Dinner; Baked chicken, mashed potatoes, kale salad w/red bell peppers, black olives, cucumber, grated carrot, olive oil, fresh lemon, s & p
Exercise; 7 miles walking
