Friday

With the weekend looming Geri and I are planning on a big ride out to Emeryville on Saturday to the kite festival at Cesar Chavez Park. I might take my good camera. It's a long ride for me, probably an hour each way.

Sunday we're going for a ride up in Petaluma with my sister-in-law Victoria. I think the best thing about cycling is that I get to spend more time with my wife, my best friend in the whole world. How many best friends do you have? There's only one.

No blogging this weekend. I will journal what I ate and my exercise.

I'm making pasta tonight with fresh tomatoes from the four vines that we have in the little bit of garden out back, along with fresh basil. Pasta always makes me happy.

Talk at you Monday.

That's it.

Peace,
