Monday, Fasting, Guests, Feeling Good



For a day of fasting I've had quite a bit of food to eat. We have guests coming from the east coast tomorrow, and I'm making a bunch of food, pizza for starters. Everything has to be tasted of course. It's been all vegetables,= and fruit so I don't feel like I'm cheating.

I gave my body a little protein, cashews, this morning so it has something to to thrive on while I'm huffing and puffing all day long.

I'm becoming addicted to exercising. I have to say it again. I haven't felt this good physically in  a long time, and I'm really grateful for that  fact. I feel like I've been given a second chance or maybe a last chance. Some of the ailments that plagued me i.e., sore feet, chronic back pain, lack of energy, low sex drive (low T), are gone.

I feel great. I could expound on these words above more, but I think they speak for themselves.

What I ate today;

Breakfast; 2 cups black coffee w/milk & sugar, 8 oz. orange juice, handful of cashews

Lunch: juice, single cappuccino w/sugar

Dinner; leftover chicken, brussel sprouts, salda, wild rice

Exercise; 3 miles hiking, 1 hour cycling
