Just the stats.
Breakfast; 2 poached eggs, potato pancake, 1 piece of brown toast, black tea w/agave, banana
Lunch; lamb curry w/basmati rice, small salad and 1 piece of pepperoni pizza
Dinner; salad w/bunch of stuff in it, a couple of pieces of salami
Exercise; 2 miles walking, 8 miles cycling
My ass and my crotch area are killing me. The hills of Oakland are brutal.
