I think I'm going to do another 3 days fast to cleanse myself and get back on the wagon next Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Today was a fast day, and I got some good exercise in, so I know with a good night's sleep this evening I'll feel better tomorrow.

What I ate today;
Breakfast: black tea w/lemon, cappuccino
Lunch; nothing
Dinner; toasted cheese sandwich on sweet batard bread and one chicken sausage, 4 chocolate cookies & one peach
Exercise; 4.5 miles walking, 1 hour biking
