It's late and I'm just getting to this blog now, which means it will be a short one.
I kinda pigged out today, and I'm OK with it. It's not like I'm going to eat like this every day, so no big deal. I did do quite a bit of exercise, so there it is.

Make Food/Not War
What I ate today;
Breakfast; 2 poached eggs on sour rye batard bread, one potato pancake, 2 cups of instant black coffee
Lunch; 1 pieces of rye toast w/cheese
Dinner; chicken quesadilla, small bag of chips, salsa, whole pinto beans and rice. Piece of rye bread and butter. Go figure. I love rye bread.
Exercise; 2 miles walking, 6 miles cycling
