Riding....Saturday Stats

I can make it up the hills now riding my bike, and today I smoked Geraldine riding to Berkeley and back, smoked her. I am now burning off all the fuel I'm putting into my body and then some. I'm getting the feeling my little weight loss system is actually working.

Make Food/Not War

Breakfast; 2 poached eggs, potato pancake w/cheese, chives s & p, 1 piece brown bread

Lunch; energy bar, double cappuccino w/ 1 sugar, chocolate, cinnamon

Dinner; large bowl of leftover pasta

Exercise; 3 hours cycling(maybe 25 miles), 1 mile walking the dogs
