I was wiped out from that ride I took Saturday, wiped out, no energy.
Food Consumption;
Breakfast; grape nuts cereal, raw milk, blue berries, 1 banana, black tea w/lemon
Lunch; some cheese, peach
Dinner; Frisee salad w/tomatoes, cucumber, s & p, olive oil and fresh lemon, 1 corn on the cob w/olive oil, s & p, 1/2 pound burger w/bun, sauteed onions, lettuce, A1 steak sauce, NY sharp cheddar cheese.
Exercise; 1 mile walking
