All I can do today is work off my food binge from yesterday. Yesterday was National Night Out in Oaktown, and after I got home from taking care of a cat I stopped in down the street with my neighbors and had 4, that's 4 hot dogs with mustard.
Jesus H. Christ they tasted so good I couldn't help myself. Story of my life. Between the lunch and the NNO that's my big food splurge for the week.
All I'm doing with the exercise I did today is working off what I ate yesterday, and that's not going to cut it, guilt, sadness. Do I ever learn?
Fasting tomorrow.

Breakfast; black tea, 1 piece of toast w/butter and apricot jam, 1 pear
Lunch; 1 piece of seeded toast w/peanut butter, cappuccino
Dinner; Quinoa veggie salad w/chicken apple sausage, popcorn & a movie
Exercise; 4 miles walking, 3 hrs cycling
