I had a theme picked out for today, but I forgot what the hell it was. Oh yeah, exhaustion. My muscles need to rest today, no cycling. I was worn out yesterday from riding the Iron Horse Trail in San Ramon Sunday. Tomorrow I'll be at it again with a ride to Berkeley and back. Today it's hiking in the hills with the dogs.
I bought a cycle trainer that you mount your bike on, and it has different resistant setting for when the weather turns bad, and I don't want to get wet, or I don't want to get hit by a car. I hate getting wet.

Food consumption;
Breakfast; 2 poached eggs, black tea w/lemon, 1 piece of brown bread, 1 potato pancake
Snack, 2 handfuls of salted roasted almonds, peach
Dinner; dirty brown w/onion and carrot, sauteed cannellini beans with red onion, s & p, cilantro, olive oil, chicken apple sausage, salad w/cucumber, red bell peppers, s & p, olive oil, fresh lemon
Exercise; 4 miles walking
